Private sessions are the best way to get introduced to Pilates. These sessions are designed to get to know you and your goals, so that we can thoughtfully create an appropriate program to help you achieve those goals. Book a single session or take advantage and save by purchasing a package below.

New Student Tips
ARRIVE at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session to get settled in.
WEAR comfortable workout clothing. No shoes during your workout, but please wear socks, preferably grippy socks. We have some available for purchase at the studio.
BRING some water to stay hydrated!
